Embroidery Pricing
Embroidery pricing is based on the garment type, stitch count, and the number of items ordered. All prices include professional embroidery and setup.
Pricing guide:
- Embroidery per garment: from £6
- Additional embroidered logos on the same garment: from £3 each
- Bulk orders available (price reduces with quantity)

Digitising Pricing
Digitising is the process of converting your logo or design into a production-ready file for embroidery and custom personalisation. This is a one-off cost per design.
Pricing guide:
- Simple logo digitising (embroidery or personalisation): from £10
- Detailed or complex designs: from £15
- Resizing or minor edits to existing files: from £5
Digitised files are supplied in formats suitable for embroidery and a range of custom personalisation processes, depending on the project.
Digitising is a one-time charge per design. Once created, your file is saved and can be reused for future orders.
Setup Fee
A setup fee is charged per item to cover artwork preparation, sizing, placement, and production setup (including hooping, positioning, or mat preparation where required).

Custom Personalisation & Vinyl Pricing
We offer a range of custom personalisation services suitable for clothing, gifts, signage, and small projects. Pricing depends on material, size, and complexity.

- Heat transfer vinyl (HTV) applications
- Custom decals and labels
- Print & cut full-colour designs
- Personalised items for clothing, gifts, and small projects
- Car magnetic signs

Blank Garment Pricing
We offer a wide range of blank items suitable for embroidery and custom personalisation, including clothing for adults, children, pets, and a variety of hard and soft goods.
This also includes items suitable for vinyl application and custom cutting, such as cups, bottles, drinkware, accessories, and other personalised products .
Pricing varies depending on item type, brand, size, material, and quantity ordered.
